Is Delta MCP really free?

Yes. The app is free and complete: every connector, Activity and Undo, shortcuts, documents and the command line. There is no trial, no limit on servers and no account to make.

How is it paid for?

By the people who choose to support it, at $5 or $25 a month. Supporters get beta versions and the Discord community; everyone gets the same app.

Is Delta MCP open source?

No. Delta MCP is a free app, and its source code is not public. How it works is written out in the docs, how it is measured is on the benchmarks page, and everything it does on your computer is recorded in Activity.

Do I need an account?

No. An account is only for support, so your plan follows you between computers. Delta MCP works exactly the same without one.

Can I stop supporting?

Yes, any time, from Manage in the app’s settings. Your support ends at the end of the month you paid for; the app keeps working as before.

Does Delta MCP cost me tokens?

On multi-step tasks it saves them: 3.3 to 24.1 times fewer in our measurements. A single one-step question costs more, because your AI reads Delta MCP’s short description. See the benchmarks.

Is there a plan for teams?
